GHLL's Olivia DeRespini Competing in the Little League Softball HRD Championship!
Big Gig Harbor LL News!
We are so excited to share that our very own Gig Harbor Little League Softball player Olivia DeRespini has made it to the Little League Softball Home Run Derby Championship at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA!
Liv won our GHLL Softball Home Run Derby back in May, and then was selected to compete at the Regional
competition in July in Gwinnett, GA. Her amazing performance there earned her a spot in the Championship round, where she will compete against 7 other girls for the title of T-Mobile Little League Softball Home Run Derby Champion!
You can watch Liv smash it tomorrow, Friday August 22nd at 4pm Pacific /7pm Eastern on ESPN
Let’s show her ALL the love and support from Gig Harbor — she’s worked so hard to get there!
Good luck Olivia, we know you will do well and proudly represent not only GHLL but our entire Gig Harbor community!
