TEEBALL - Registration for our Teeball program closed in January, and our program is full.
BASEBALL - Registration for all divisions of our Baseball Program - Coach Pitch (A), Coach/Player Pitch (AA), Player Pitch (AAA), Majors, Intermediates, Juniors and Seniors closed in January and those divisions are full.
SOFTBALL - Registration for all divisions of our Softball Program - Coach Pitch (A), Coach/Player Pitch (AA), Player Pitch (AAA), Majors, Juniors and Seniors closed in January and those divisions are full.
You may sign up for the waitlist for any of these programs, but it is impossible for us to predict if/when we'll be able to accommodate a waitlisted player, since roster spots will only become available due to a player drop.
GHLL Waitlist Policy
To sign up for the waitlist for a program, begin by logging in to your account, or if you are new to GHLL, please create an account on our website. Then select the division you’d like to wait list for, and follow through all the steps as though you are registering for the program. Once you have completed "registering", your name will be added to our Waitlist. You will not be charged any fees unless your player is added to our program from the waitlist. If your player is added to our program from the waitlist, you will have 48 hours to pay the registration fees, or the registration will be canceled and you will not be added back to the waitlist.
**Players who are added to the waitlist are not guaranteed placement on a team.**
The GHLL Board will determine which players, if any, we are able to accept from our waitlist. Players are not necessarily accepted from the waitlist on a "first come, first served" basis. A player will only be placed on a team within the league (American or National) that they are eligible to play in, if there is a team with an available spot in a division appropriate for their age and skill level. It is impossible for us to predict if/when we'll be able to accommodate a waitlisted player, since roster spots will only become available due to a player drop.
*LATE REGISTRATION FEES*
Any registration after January 31st, 2022 will be assessed a $25 late fee.
This fee is necessary to manage the equipment and other team associated costs related to registering late that the league has historically absorbed.
