Evaluation Day Protocols:
-
No player, coach, volunteer or parent that is sick should attend Evaluations. Please stay home regardless of what is causing your illness.
-
All Parents must CHECK IN with their child 15 minutes prior to their evaluations session!
-
All players should bring their own equipment - a glove, bat, helmet, water bottle (nothing but water allowed on the field) and comfortable layered clothing. Catchers, bring your gear!
-
Evaluations will be held rain or shine, and it can get windy at the turf fields, so please have your player dress weather appropriately.
-
Only GHLL Players, Coaches, Board Members and Evaluation Volunteers are allowed on the field - we will have volunteers available to help players who have questions about where to go or what to do. If you need to assist your child to the entrance gate, that is ok but then please exit the field area immediately.
-
You are welcome to stay and observe evaluations, but please do so along the perimeter fence. Please do not congregate around the check in areas or by the entrance gates.
