- December 2025 - Registration Opens
- January 31, 2026 - Online Registration Closes on January 31st OR when a division or program has filled up, whichever comes first.
- February 7th 2026 - Player Evaluations for Coach/Player Pitch(AA), Player Pitch(AAA) and Majors divisions of Baseball & Softball
*NO EVALUATIONS WILL BE HELD FOR TEE BALL, QUICKBALL, COACH PITCH (A) BASEBALL OR COACH PITCH (A) SOFTBALL
*Upper Division Baseball (Intermediates, Juniors & Seniors) and Upper Division Softball (Juniors & Seniors) - Evaluations date and time TBD
- February 2026 - Make-up Player Evaluations
- February 28th - Teams Announced
- March 2nd - Baseball and Softball Practices Begin
- March 14th - Opening Day for Tee Ball & Quickball - Let the Games Begin!
- March 23rd - Opening Day for Baseball & Softball - Let the Games Begin!
- Sunday April 26th - D2 Upper Division Baseball Games @ Cheney Stadium
- May - All Star Tryouts Dates TBD
- May 16th - Tee Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball & Softball Jamboree
- May 17th - GHLL Home Run Derby
- May 30th - GHLL Day at the Tacoma Rainiers Game
- June 13th - End of Season Baseball & Softball City Championship Games
